Returns Policy
Most products sold carry a Return to base 12 Month Manufacturers Warranty unless otherwise stated.
If you have a faulty product or would like to speak to one of our technical team, please feel free to call us on the number above or contact us by clicking here
To return a faulty product you will need to be issued with an RMA (Authorisation) Number
Please do not send any product back without an RMA number as it may be refused.
Our Technical staff will be able to issue an RMA number after qualification of the product's fault. This will usually be issued within 2 working days of your initial contact.
Returning non faulty goods
If you change your mind about the product you have ordered, we would be happy to accept it back within 7 days of ordering, in its original condition with complete unopened packaging.
